TransUnion
Credit reporting and credit monitoring services for KYC, affordability assessment, and ongoing credit tracking.
Experian
Credit reports, credit scores, and data enrichment services. Credit reports are available on a pay-as-you-go basis on the Prometheus and above plans.
Credit data is accessed only with the explicit, informed consent of the data subject (the client). All credit data access is logged, audited, and handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Call Recording Notice
Calls to and from Mortgage Magic may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and compliance purposes. Call recordings are stored securely on UK infrastructure and retained in accordance with our data retention policy and FCA regulatory requirements.
