Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone with a professional network in the UK financial services or property sector. We welcome mortgage professionals, IFAs, estate agents, solicitors, accountants, and industry influencers.
How does the commission work?
You earn 10% of your referred client's subscription value for the first 12 months. For Silver Partners (5+ referrals) this rises to 15%, and Gold Partners (15+) earn 20% recurring plus residual income on premium deals.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer, within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. There are no minimum thresholds.
What if my referral upgrades their plan?
Your commission automatically adjusts to reflect the new, higher plan value. If they upgrade, you earn more.
Is there a cost to join?
No. The Mortgage Magic Affiliate Programme is completely free to join. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes. All affiliates receive branded email templates, social media assets, a customisable one-pager, and a shareable demo link. Silver and Gold partners receive co-branded collateral.
What about White Label deals?
White Label referrals (App at £30,000 or Full AI at £80,000) earn a 5% one-off referral fee — that's £1,500 or £4,000 respectively per successful introduction.
