Mortgage Magic has completed full lender integration across its platform and launched a new secured portal aimed at improving data security and system performance for brokers.
The update allows brokers to submit mortgage cases directly to lenders without leaving the platform, creating a fully integrated end-to-end workflow.
The new secured portal replaces the need to access the system via standard web browsers, instead offering a dedicated desktop application designed to reduce security risks and improve reliability.
Tanjir Sugar, chief executive officer at Mortgage Magic, said: “We are processing highly sensitive financial data, yet the industry standard has been to access this through the same web browsers used for everyday internet surfing.
“With the launch of our Secured Portal, we are taking brokers off the public web.
“By bypassing standard browsers, we completely eliminate the daily frustrations of cache-related freezing and lagging.
“More importantly, combined with our Full Lender Integration, we have created a closed, bank-grade ecosystem where privacy is absolute, tracking is non-existent, and customer data is shielded from standard browser-based hack attempts.”
Mortgage Magic said the move addresses ongoing issues with browser-based systems, including cache conflicts, third-party tracking and vulnerabilities linked to handling sensitive financial data.
The secured portal also provides unified access to both the Mortgage Magic and Finance Magic systems, with the company positioning it as a more stable and secure environment for case management.
The new functionality is available immediately to all existing subscribers.
